We begin by working with you to answer key questions about institutional awareness, employee participation, changing perceptions, and underlying goals. This may involve additional research and focus groups. This is a crucial step, as mistakes are often made when people rush to create something lavish/bold/quirky/new without a full understanding of what they are trying to achieve or who they are trying to reach.

CLARIFY THE SCOPE
DCCS will then develop a creative brief and/or scope of work that not only details a timeline and budget for deliverables, but also clarifies our understanding of your underlying goals and what tactics we suggest using to address these needs.
